Strength Flow - an athletic practice with an emphasis on breath based sequences such as Sun Salutations help prepare the body for longer-held standing, balancing, seated postures with some repetitive core exercised to help build muscle, stamina and recovery. Followed by a “cool down” sequence of gentle postures that support the energetic practice before entering savasana, deep rest. Strength Flow is led by Coach Tyler a Sports Medicine personal trainer since 2014 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Tyler personally came to yoga as a counter from his own strength training regiment. After witnessing first hand the effects it had on his performance and his recovery time the next step seemed obvious. Tyler became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2020 and now incorporates Yoga into his daily life. Strength Flow is wonderful way to help improve your social Sports League performance, its an excellent active counter from your gym routine and overall promotes a well balanced healthy body and mind.
